Cycling HandbookMarch 2011 - In response to the growing number of cyclists in New Haven, Street Smarts developed the Smart Cycling Handbook. It is a guide for how to bicycle safely and respectfully, and includes tips on how to become involved with the New Haven cycling community. Click here to download the handbook
